The Mountain of Whetstone

The Mountain of Whetstone is the view that is not seen from the town of Crested Butte. The mountain is huge and looming over Crested Butte where inhabitants of the town cant see it. This view is from a few miles back. Despite reattempts at a photo the detail is not showing here. The foreground is much nicer in person. It is small at 7 and a half inches by 11 inches. I do have a much larger painting of this view but this one looks real good framed.
